Anxiety Panic Attacks

The chances of you knowing what hit you are slim, but you'll know when it happens and will remember what happened. You've just experienced an anxiety panic attack!

It's been a beautiful day and you're enjoying the things all around you when suddenly you'll be down on the floor gasping for air, shaking, with blurred vision due to sweat. Your heart is pounding and the world spins around you.

It won't last long but those few minutes will seem like an eternity as fear begins to take hold of you. You'll realize that you're still alive, but fear grabs hold of you and you're in the wake of this nightmare while you experience an overwhelming sense of foreboding. The feeling that you're only seconds away from the feeling that insanity is calling to you and looming over you is the specter of death. You've just experienced your first panic attack.

Regardless of all of the thoughts that swim through your head, you have to realize that you never were in danger of losing your mind or of dying. Panic attacks are frightening yet they won't harm you.

When it passes you will realize what happened and how to identify it. One thing that will be of comfort to you is that countless of others have experienced the same frightening anxiety panic attack.

Now that you know the symptoms, you'll be aware of what has happened. Realization sets in that these types of panic attacks can happen at random or sometimes when you experience something that triggers your panic alarm.
